Recipe: Pickled Eggs With Beets

1 cup sugar
1 cup vinegar
2, 15 ounce cans plain beets with juice
hard boiled eggs
Mix the sugar and vinegar together.
Cook the mixture on top of the stove or in the
microwave until the sugar is dissolved.
Add the beets and eggs. Let cool down.
Then refrigerate at least 2 days before using.
