SWEET AND SOUR MEATBALLS
Meatballs
2lbs lean ground beef
garlic powder^Åto taste
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
Sauce
2 cups ketchup
6 cups ginger ale
Combine ground beef, garlic powder, salt and pepper and form into 1
inch balls. Combine ketchup and ginger ale in large pot and bring to
a boil. Drop meatballs into sauce, cover and simmer for 2 hours .
