8 ounces cooked boneless turkey breast -- shredded
1/2 cup salsa
1 16oz can refried beans
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
8 flour tortillas
1 small tomato -- chopped
3/4 cup shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
guacamole -- for topping
sour cream -- for topping

Place turkey in a shallow bowl and combine with 1/4 cup salsa. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator 1 hour.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a small saucepan, combine remaining 1/4 cup salsa, beans, cumin, chili powder, and salt. Cook over medium heat untilheated through, stirring constantly.

Spoon about 2 tablespoons bean mixture down the center of each tortilla. Top with equal amounts of marinated turkey, tomato, and cheese (discard excess marinade). Fold one edge of each tortilla over filling, then fold in sides and roll. Place burritos seam side down on a baking sheet and bake 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted. Top each burrito with dollops of guacamoleand sour cream.
