U Name It Treat Ingredients: 2 cups baking mix
2 tblsp. sugar
1/4 cup firm butter
6 ounces cream cheese softened
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups whipping cream
2 cups mini marshmallows
4 cups mixed fresh fruit
Directions: Step 1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Step 2) Mix baking mix and 2 tblsp. sugar.
Step 3) Cut in butter until crumbly.
Step 4) Press into an ungreased square pan.
Bake until light brown, about 15 min.
Step 5) Mix cream cheese and 1 cup sugar.
Step 6) Beat whipping cream in chilled bowl until stiff.
Fold whipped cream and marshmallows into cream cheese;
Spread over crust.
Refrigerate 8 hrs.
Cut in squares and top with fruit.
