Uncle Jer's Zesty Ranch Chili

Sowers said the secret to good chili is to use ready-made cans of tomatoes,
beans and tomato soup. He made his chili the day before and let it set out
overnight in his garage. He said that makes a thicker chili.
1 pound ground chuck
1 large can Mrs. Grimes Chili
1 (15-ounce) can Mrs. Grimes Spicy Hot Chili Beans
3 cans tomato soup with water
1 medium onion, diced
1 medium green pepper, diced (optional)
Chili powder to taste
Mix all ingredients together and simmer all day. Add shredded cheddar cheese
for garnish.
