Recipe: Almond Cheese Spread

4 ounces Cheddar Cheese -- (1 cup) shredded
1/2 cup sliced almonds -- toasted
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup Butter -- softened
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons chopped onion
Crackers

Stir together all ingredients except crackers in medium bowl. Serve spread
at room temperature with crackers.

TIP: Spread can be made 2 to 3 days in advance and kept covered in the
refrigerator. Bring to room temperature for serving.
