4 apples -- unpeeled
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons honey
1/3 cup apricot jam
Quarter apples, remove core, and slice apples into a saucepan. Add water
and honey to pan; cover pan and cook over medium heat 10 minutes. Stir in
apricot jam, whipping well.
