1 Tbs. sesame seeds
2 Tbs. sesame oil
2 Tbs. vegetable oil
1 Lb. medium shirmp -- shelled and deveined
1/2 cup chopped green onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 Tbs. brown sugar
1 Tbs. soy sauce
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Toast sesame seeds until golden brown. Heat
oils
in heavy pan over high heat. Add shirmp, green onion, salt, pepper and
sugar.
Stir-fry for 1 to 3 minutes. Reduce heat to low, add soy sauce and stir.
Remove from heat and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve hot.
