1 peeled mango -- thinly sliced
6 slices prosciutto -- fat removed
Black pepper -- freshly ground
1 lemon -- quartered

Wrap each slice of mango with a thin piece of prosciutto. Arrange on a
plate, grind black pepper over, and garnish with lemon quarters.

Serves: 6 to 12
