1 1/2 tsp active dry yeast
3 cups bread flour
1 1/2 T. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 tsp. sugar
2 T. dried onion soup mix
1 T. butter
9 oz. warm water
These instructions are for a 1 1/2 lb. loaf; I set it at regular setting with
a light brown crust.
Put ingredients into bread machine according to manufacturer's instructions.
For Panasonic/National machines use 3 tsp. of yeast for the 1 1/2 lb. loaf.
The aroma of this bread baking is out-of-this-world and the taste very good.
It makes good tasting toast, also. I served it at a meal with meat loaf and
tossed salad.
