Recipe: Almond Pudding

Ingredients
4 eggs, 1/4 1b. ground almonds, 1 1b. sugar, 1 teaspoon lemon juice.
Method: Beat egg whites stiffly. Add sugar, then yolks, beating well. Fold
in gently the almonds and lemon juice. Bake in a greased pie dish in a
moderate oven 20 to 40 minutes.
