Appetizer Puffs with Shrimp Filling
Puffs
1 cup water
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
4 eggs
Filling
7 ounces shrimp
3/4 cup mayonnaise
8 ounces cream cheese
garlic salt
seasoned salt
onion salt
PUFFS:
Boil the water, add the butter or margarine until melted. Then, add at
once, the flour and salt. Beat well until ball forms or dough sticks
together. Add 4 eggs, one at a time, beating well after each egg. Drop
by 1/2 teaspoon on cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
FILLING:
Slice baked puff and fill with shrimp filling. Can also use ham salad,
chicken salad, etc.
