Apple Scallops (Weight Watchers)
1 pound Apples -- peeled and thinly
sliced almonds
1/4 cup Water
5 packages Equal(r) sweetener
3/4 teaspoon Brandy Extract
3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Combine all ingredients in a small casserole sprayed with Pam
and bake 30 minutes at 350 or till tender. Serves 4.
