Recipe: Asparagus Frittata Casserole

3 large eggs
1 1/2 cups 1% milk
1 teaspoon salt
1 10 ounce box birds eyeŽ frozen deluxe asparagus spears -- thawed
1/2 cup shredded monterey jack or cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 400°F. In medium bowl, beat eggs. Add milk and salt; blend well. Pour mixture into greased 9X9-inch baking pan; top with asparagus. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 15 minutes or until egg mixture is set.
