Recipe: A 1 Zesty Lemon Glazed Steak

A-1 Zesty Lemon-Glazed Steak
1/3 cup A-1 Original Steak Sauce
2 tsp. grated lemon peel
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper
1/4 tsp. dried oregano leaves
4 beef steaks, or strip steak, about 1-inch thick In small bowl, combine
steak sauce, lemon peel, garlic, pepper and oregano; brush on both sides of
steaks. Grill steaks over medium heat for 5 minutes on each side or until
done, brushing with sauce occasionally. Serve immediately.
