Recipe: Adolph's Easy And Delicious Meatballs

1 lb. extra-lean ground beef
1 pkg. Adolph's Meatloaf Mix
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup water
2 Tbs. chopped fresh parsley
2 Tbs. grated Parmesan cheese
28 oz. jar Ragu pasta sauce, any style
Heat oven to 350. In a large bowl, thoroughly combine beef,
breadcrumb and sauce ix packets, eggs, water, parsley and Parmesan
cheese. Mix well. Form into 1-1/2" meatballs. Place on a baking
pan; bake 25-30 minutes or until meatballs are thoroughly cooked.
Remove meatballs from baking sheet. Place in a saucepan with pasta
sauce. Simmer over low heat about 20 minutes, stirring
occasionally. Serve over pasta or in crusty sandwich rolls.
