Recipe: Angel Wings

5 egg yokes
1 egg
3 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons vinegar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 3/4 cups flour
1 bunch powdered sugar
Use 1 1/3 c four to start. Add more for desired consistency.
Mix ingredients together. roll out thin 1/8" thick. cut into long rectangles. Cut 2" slit in center.
Pull on end of dough through slit cut. Fry in 350F shortening (Crisco).
Roll in powdered sugar.
