Large Block Good Quality White Chocolate
Handful Chopped Raisins
Handful Roughly Chopped Unsalted Pistachios
1) Melt white chocolate and spread it about 1cm deep on a lined tin.
2) Chop up some cranberry raisins and sprinkle on the melted chocolate.
3) Sprinkle pistachios over top of raisins.
4) Leave to set. Then roughly break into pieces and bag up for last
minute gifts.
