Recipe: Almond Bark Fudge

12 ounces vanilla flavored candy coating
2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
1/1/2 cups coarsely chopped almonds
1/2tsp almond extract
Butter a 8 inch square pan. Separate candy coating in to squares.
Heat candy coating and milk over very low heat stirring frequently until
coating is melted and mixture is smooth about 5 minutes. Remove from
heat. Stir en almonds and extract. Spread in pan. Chill until firm. Cut
en 1 inch squares. Makes 64 pieces.
