Recipe: Honey Glazed Ham

1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup ground walnuts
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 5 to 6 pound fully cooked ham butt portion
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place ham in a baking dish. Combine first 4
ingredients until well blended. Brush mixture over ham and bake 1 1/2 hours;
basting occasionally until glaze is well browned and fat is crispy. Serve
any extra glaze as a dipping sauce. serves 8 to 10
