ABM French Style Rolls
1 cup lukewarm water (you may need slightly more)
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
4 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons granulated sugar
2 teaspoons yeast
1. Add ingredients to bread maker as directed by manufacturer.
2. Use DOUGH setting.
3. Separate dough into 8 equal balls.
4. Let rise until doubled in size, approximately 20-25 minutes.
5. Brush with egg white beaten with water.
6. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, if desired.
7. Bake at 350*F until lightly brown.
Yield 10-12 Rolls
