1 Pound White Chocolate Flavored Candy Coating
1 Cup Unblanched Almonds
Line baking sheet with foil set aside. Break candy into pieces. Place
in medium mixing bowl. Microwave at 50% for 4 to 5 minutes, or until
coating is glossy and can be stirred smooth. Stir in almonds. Spread
in thin layer on prepared baking sheet. Freeze candy for about 15
minutes, or until set. Break into pieces. Store in airtight container
in refrigerator. Makes 1 pound.
