Recipe: Boston Market Meat Loaf

Ingredients
1 egg
2 tablespoons sour cream
2 tablespoons ketchup
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 package dry onion soup mix
1 pound ground beef
ketchup for coating outside of loaf
1/3 cup spicy V-8 juice
Directions
Put first 5 ingredients into blender; blend until
smooth. Combine with meat and mix well. Put into
greased loaf pan and cover with foil and bake at
400°F for about 40 minutes. Take out and cover
top with ketchup. Pour V-8 around edge and bake
another 40 minutes. Let meat loaf rest for about
15 minutes before slicing.
