Recipe: Pumpkin Bread

3 cups flour
1 Tbs. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 cup chopped pecans
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup buttermilk
1 can pumpkin (15 to 16 oz.)
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup oil
1 tsp. baking soda
In bowl, stir together flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. In a
large bowl, blend together the eggs, milk, pumpkin, brown sugar, oil,
and soda. Stir in the flour mixture until well moistened. Fold in
chopped pecans. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans and bake at 350 for 1
hour and 15 minutes. Cool 15 minutes before removing from pans.
