All-American Chicken and Rice Pot Pie

2 bags Success® White or Brown Rice
1 pkg refrigerated crescent rolls
2 pkgs (7 oz. Each) cooked and cubed chicken breast
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of chicken soup
1 pkg (16 oz) frozen peas and carrots mix
1/2 tsp garlic powder
non-stick cooking spray
Directions
Prepare rice according to package directions except reduce cooking
time to 7 minutes. Preheat oven according to crescent roll package
directions. Microwave peas and carrots on HIGH for 5 minutes without
adding water. Heat all ingredients except crescent rolls in large
skillet over medium heat until mixture is hot. Place mixture in a 9" x
13" x 2" baking pan which has been coated with no-stick cooking spray.
Unroll crescent roll dough. Place one flat piece of dough on top of
mixture (there will be 4 unseparated rolls on each side of pan). Bake
according to time shown on crescent roll package.
