Recipe: Abm Applesauce Bread

ABM APPLESAUCE BREAD
FOR 1-1/2 LB. LOAF
1 package yeast (2 1/4 tsp.)
2 1/4 cups bread flour
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons white sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 pinch nutmeg
2/3 cup warm applesauce
1/2 cup warm apple juice
1/2 cup grated fresh apples
Put all ingredients into the bread machine pan, according to manufacturer's
directions. Use White bread setting, llight crust.
FOR 1-1/2 LB. LOAF
