Recipe: Abm Deep Dish Pizza (chicago Style)

ABM Deep Dish Pizza (Chicago-Style)
Use your bread machine's dough cycle to make this famous deep-dish pan
pizza.
1 1/2 tsp. yeast
1 cup warm water, about 80F
1/4 c. good olive oil (not generic)
3 c. flour
Add the ingredients to your bread machine according to the manufacturer's
instructions. Run the dough program. Lightly oil a heavy cast iron 10-12"
skillet (olive oil is best here as well). Press out the dough into the pan.
Cover and allow to rise in a warm place for 20 minutes. Add your favorite
pizza sauce, cheese, and toppings. Bake at 425F for 25 minutes or until the
crust is baked and the crust and cheese are lightly browned. Serves 4-6.
Note: the 10" skillet will give you a deeper crust pizza than the 12", of
course, but it is up to you and your taste.
