Recipe: Almost Fried Ice Cream

1 quart vanilla ice cream
2 cups granola
chocolate or caramel syrup
vanilla wafers
Make 6 ice cream balls. Put granola in a eep bowl and roll ice cream balls
to coat one at a time. Put balls in a dish, cover with plastic wrap. Freeze
until needed. Put each one on a plate and drizzle with chocolate or caramel
syrup. Put wafers on side.
