CRACKER BARRELL FRIED APPLES
1/4 lb. butter
1/2 c. sugar
8 Golden Delicious apples, cut up, unpeeled
Add all ingredients into a covered frying pan. Cook for about 15
minutes or until soft. Add cinnamon and nutmeg to taste. Serve warm.
Good over ice cream.
