Recipe: Tropical Smoothie

1 (6oz) container banana-flavour light yogurt
1 medium orange, peeled
1/2 cup tropical fruit salad (in pineapple and passion fruit juice)
1/3 cup of the juice from the tropical fruit salad
1 tbsp sweetened coconut
Place yogurt and orange in blender. Blend to consistency of a
frappe or milkshake. Add remaining ingredients and blend again to
frappe consistency. Pour into glass.
