Recipe: Alaska Salmon Spread

2 15 1/2 ounce cans salmon
1 8 ounce package cream cheese softened
3 teaspoons grated onion
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke
pinch of horseradish
Blend together all ingredients in a large bowl. Chill well. Good an bread or
crackers.
Makes 2 cups
