Recipe: Alfredo Sauce

1/2 pt. half and half
1 stick sweet butter
4 oz. soft cream cheese
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Pepper to taste
Melt butter in medium saucepan. Add softened cream cheese, half and
half, Parmesan cheese and pepper. Stir until smooth and then bring to
a soft boil and cook 2-3 minutes.
