Recipe: Chocolate Chip Bread Puddin' Snacks

6 sl Cinnamon bread; 1/2" cubes
1/4 c Mini semiwseet chocolate chips
2 Eggs
1 1/2 c Milk
1/4 c Sugar
1/2 ts Vanilla
1/8 ts Salt
Generously grease 12 muffin cups. Divide 1/2 of bhe cubes between
bottoms of muffin cups. Sprinkle 1/2 of the chips over the top. Repeat
layers. Beat eggs until foamy. Add milk, sugar, vanilla and salt;
blend well. Pour egg mixture over bread in cups, dividing evenly
(about 3 tb per cup). Gently press bread cubes into liquid. Let stand
5 minutes. Bake at 350~ for 30 minutes or until golden and puffed.
Cool 5 minutes before removing from cups (puddings will collapse
slightly as they cool). Run a knife around ech cup and gently remove
to wire rack. Serve warm or at room temp. Refrigerate leftovers.
