Recipe: Mixed Vegetable Casserole

1 lg. bag mixed broccoli, cauliflower and carrots
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. shredded cheese
1 c. dairy sour cream
1/2 tsp. black pepper
4 oz. jar pimentoes
1 sm. can (2.8 oz) Durkee French fried onions
Combine defrosted vegetables,soup, cheese, sour cream, black pepper and 1/2
can onions. Pour into 1 qt. casserole and bake, uncovered, at 350F for 30
min.
Uncover and put remaining onions on top. Bake 5-6 min., serve. Serves 6
