Recipe: Orange Chicken With Mushrooms

4 skinless boneless chicken breasts
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup orange juice
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 cup orange marmalade
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 lb. braised mushrooms
Coat chicken with flour. Mix remaining ingredients except
mushrooms. Place chicken in shallow baking dish; pour sauce over.
Bake, uncovered, at 325 for 2 hours, basting regularly. Add mushooms
during last 15 minutes of baking.
