Recipe: Banana Cruch Punch

6 cups water
4 cups sugar
1 46-oz. can pineapple juice
1 46-oz. can orange juice
2 lemons, juiced
5 ripe bananas, smashed
2 2-liter bottles 7-Up
Bring water and sugar to a boil over high heat and boil for three minutes;
cool. Add everything else to cooled syrup and freeze. Take out 2 to 3 hours
before serving. To serve, place in punch bowl and pour 7-Up over it. Makes
about 2 gallons.
