Recipe: Baked Crab Meat Or Shrimp

1 cup Crab or Shrimp
1 cup white sauce
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 lemon juice & grated rind
Salt & pepper
Buttered bread crumbs
Mix seasonings in white sauce, then add sea food. Put in shallow
baking dish, sprinkle with crumbs and bake in 400 degree oven until brown.
Serves 4
