Recipe: Chutney Cottage Cheese With Fruit

1 lb small-curd cottage cheese
2 tablespoons chopped seedless raisins
1 tablespoon chopped walnuts
2 tablespoons drained chutney, chopped
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 large unpared red apples, sliced
2 large ripe peaches, peeled and sliced
2 large oranges, peeled and sectioned
1 can (8 3/4 oz) pineapple tidbits, drained
1/2 cup fresh blueberries
Salad greens
Mayonnaise or cooked
salad dressing
1. In medium bowl, combine cottage cheese, raisins, walnuts, chutney, and
salt, stirring to mix well.
2. Refrigerate, covered, until chilled.
3. On platter, arrange fruits and berries in circle on bed of salad greens.
Pile cottage cheese mixture in center.
4. Serve with mayonnaise.
