Recipe: Family - Style Creamy Chicken And Noodles

1 1/2 cups chopped onions
3/4 cup chopped celery
1 (10-ounce) can condensed reduced sodium cream of chicken soup, diluted
with 1/2 cup water
4 cups cooked yolk-free wide egg noodles
1 pound cooked boneless skinless chicken breast, cubed
1. Cook onions and celery in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat in a
little water until tender, about 3 minutes, adding water in small amounts,
as needed.
2. Reduce heat to low. Whisk in diluted soup until well blended. Bring soup
mixture to a simmer. Add chicken pieces and pasta; toss to blend. Sprinkle
with dried thyme or minced parsley, if desired.
Makes 4 servings
