Recipe: Rebel Rouser Shrimp Casserole

3/4 c Butter
1 Onion, minced
3 Garlic clove, minced
2 cn Artichoke hearts
2 cn Greenbeans, french style
1/2 c Parmesan cheese
1 cn Mushrooms
1 1/4 c Breadcrumbs
2 cn Mushroom soup
2 lb Shrimp, cooked, peeled
Saute onion and garlic in melted butter. Add artichoke hearts and green
beans. Saute a few minutes. Add cheese, mushrooms, breadcrumbs and soup.
Stir well until heated thoroughly. Season with salt and red pepper. Add
cooked seafood and gently mix. Bake in 3 quart dish for 10 minutes at 350
degrees. Serve with noodles. Can be frozen and used later. Also for: Any
seafood, crab, crawfish, scallops will substitute.
