Recipe: (Leftover) Turkey And Swiss Casserole (Bisquick)

1 (10-oz.) pkg. frozen green beans
2 cups chopped, cooked turkey
1 cup (4-oz.) Swiss cheese, shredded
1 (10-3/4-oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 cup Bisquick mix
1 egg, beaten
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
2 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped

Cook green beans according to package
directions, with no seasonings. Drain. Add turkey, cheese, soup, and
nutmeg; stir well. Spoon mixture into a greased 1-1/2 qt. casserole
dish. Place biscuit mix in a medium bowl. Combine egg, butter, and
milk; add to biscuit mix, stirring until just blended. Spoon biscuit
mixture around edge of casserole, leaving center open. Sprinkle parsley
in center of casserole. Bake at 350=BAF. for 25 to 30 minutes.
Serves 4.
