Recipe: Baked Spaghetti

12 Ounces Cooked spaghetti
1 Cup Onion -- chopped
1 Cup Green peppers -- chopped
1 Can 28 0z tomatoes,w/liquid -- cut
1 Can 4 0z mushrooms
1 Tablespoon Butter
1 Can 2-1/4 oz ripe olives -- drained and sliced
2 Teaspoons Oregano
1 Pound ground beef -- brown, drain
2 Cups 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
1 Can Cream of mushroom soup -- undiluted
1/4 Cup Water
1/4 Cup Parmesan cheese
In large pan, saute green peppers & onion in butter til tender. Add meat,
tomatoes, mushrooms, olives & oregano. Simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes.
Place half of the cooked spaghetti in a greased 13x9x2" baking dish. Top
with half of the vegetable mixture. Sprinkle with 1 cup of cheddar cheese.
Repeat layers.
Mix soup & water until smooth; pour over casserole. Sprinkle with Parmesan
cheese.
Bake uncovered at 350 deg for 30-35 minutes or til heated through.
