Recipe: Hot Jaffa Milk

1 tablespoon finely grated orange rind
2 cups milk
50 g dark chocolate roughly chopped
Heat the orange rind and milk in a small sacuepan
over low heat until warm. Remove from the heat
and allow to stand for 10 minutes to infuse.
Place the chocolate in a separate small saucepan
and strain with infused milk over the top. Place
over gentle heat and stir until the chocolate is
melted. Serve in mugs or cups. Serves 2.
