Recipe: Apricot - Glazed Ham

1/3 cup reduced-calorie apricot spread
2 tablespoons spicy hot mustard
1 teaspoon reduced-sodium soy sauce
1 boneless -- (3 1/2-pound)
fully-cooked ham
Combine spread, mustard, and soy sauce in a small bowl. Place ham on
a rack in a roasting pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour, basting
with apricot glaze every 10 minutes during last 30 minutes of
cooking. Transfer ham to a cutting board, and carve into thin slices
to serve.
Yield: 14 servings (220 calories per serving).
