Recipe: Beef And Olive Pitta Pizza

6 Pittas
1 cn Mince and onions; (392 g )
1 Jar roasted red peppers in
-oil; (285 g ) drained
And halved
1 Jar chargrilled artichokes;
-(260 g ) drained
And halved
2 oz Stuffed olives
4 oz Feta cheese; crumbled
Oregano leaves; to garnish
Salt and freshly ground
-black pepper
Prehat oven to 400°F. Arrange the pittas on a baking
sheet and spread the mince mixture on top. Arrange
peppers, artichokes and olives on mince and sprinkle
with feta. Bake for 7 mins or until the pizzas are
piping hot. Scatter pittas with oregano leaves, season
and serve with a summer herb salad.
