Recipe: Red Wine Basil Vinaigrette

Red Wine Basil Vinaigrette
Yield: 1 1/2 cups
2 Cloves Garlic; minced
2 tb Dijon Mustard
1/2 c Red Wine Vinegar
1 ts Pepper
1 c Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 c Fresh Basil Leaves; slivered
1/2 c Parsley; chopped
Combine the garlic, mustard, vinegar and pepper in a small bowl; whisk
well. Add the oil in a slow stream, whisking constantly until the
vinaigrette has thickened slightly. Fold in the basil and parsley.
