Recipe: Low - Fat Slow Cooker - Oriental Chicken

Makes 6 servings
(Ideal slow-cooker size: 5- or 6-quart)

6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1/2 cup light soy sauce
1/2 cup honey
2 Tbsp. sesame seeds, optional

1. Mix together soy sauce, honey, and sesame seeds, if desired.

2. Place chicken in slow cooker, spooning 2 Tbsp. of soy-honey-seeds mixture
over each breast. Pour any remaining sauce over top after all chicken is in
the cooker.

3. Cook on low 4-6 hours, or until meat juices run clear.

Per Serving: 170 calories (15 calories from fat), 1.5g total fat (0g
saturated, 0g trans), 35mg cholesterol, 740mg sodium, 25g total carbohydrate
(0g fiber, 22g sugarl, 15g protein, 0%DV vitamin A, 0%DV vitamin C, 20/0DV
calcium, 60/0DV iron."
