3 Slices Hazelnut Bread

2 oz Sliced turkey
2 oz Sliced ham
1 Slices provolone cheese
Lettuce
2 Tomato slices
1 tb Pesto mayonnaise
Toast the bread and spread with the pesto mayonnaise (1 tablespoon pesto,
mixed with 1/2 cup mayonnaise). Fill with the meats and cheese and top with
the lettuce and tomatoes.
