Recipe: Miso Broth With Tatsoi Enoki Salad

Miso Broth with Tatsoi-Enoki Salad
Yield: 1 Servings
1 1/4 lb Flank steak
Ground black pepper -- to
Taste
1 lb Crab meat
1 ts Salt
1 ts White pepper
1 tb Butter
1 pt Milk
1 pt Light cream
1/2 ts Tabasco sauce or more to
-taste
1 ts Worcestershire sauce
6 tb Sherry
2 hours, or until meat is tender and flavors blended. Add mushrooms and
onions during last 1/2 hour. Optional: May add bag of frozen baby carrots
and bag of frozen baby onions during last 1/2 hour. In large skillet, sauté
mushrooms and onions in hot butter until golden brown. Remove from skillet
and set aside.
Add bacon to skillet and fry until crisp; remove with a slotted spoon and
reserve.
Add top sirloin steak to skillet and fry in bacon fat, stirring frequently,
until well browned.
