Recipe: Dynamite Mix

1 c Sunflower seed meal (grind
-sunflower seeds in a seed
-mill or coffee grinder)
1 c Wheat germ
1 c Oat flour (process rolled
-oats in a blender)
1 c Corn meal (preferably Hi-
-lysine)
1 c Soy flour
1/2 c Dry milk powder
1/2 c Brewer's yeast
1 c Rice flour
Combine ingredients and store in the freezer, in a jar or plastic bag.
Since many recipes .... call for one cup of this mix, it would facilitate
preparation if you stored one cup to one bag.
Any one of these ingredients may be omitted if you don't have it on hand or
have an allergy to it. There are approximately 420 calories in one cup
